Exposure
I don't like using the flash on my camera. I think it makes things look differently than they do when they caught my eye. (duh.) So, one of the things I have to learn how to control better is exposure.
Tonight, I did a bit of goofing around with the exposure on my camera and I think I have a handle on the general idea.
All of these were taken while I was walking down 57th St. toward my apartment. All were taken without stopping and shooting while holding the camera at my chest.
Here's what it looks like when I set the exposure low:

The remaing photos where taken the same way, but with a higher exposure. I'm showing you four because I think the colors and lines are pretty.
